SJB Technology PD with Wii & iPads

I am very excited to work with the teachers at St. John Berchmans Catholic School in Shreveport, Louisiana on Tuesday August 5th. During our workshops we will explore interdisciplinary lessons using Wii Sports that may be adopted for all grade levels. Part of the day will be dedicated towards learning how to maximize online assessments within Everyday Mathematics Online. Moreover, we will turn our iPads into portable smartboards with Apple TV Airplay to facilitate a number of K-8 mathematics activities that engage students through non-game-based iPad apps.
